Jason offers a wealth of Services, Information Technology implementation and Project Management expertise with over 20 years of experience successfully leading broad-based projects for government and private institutions.
In his most recent role as Director, PMO at Healthcare IT Leaders. Jason was tasked with providing strategic leadership, governance, and guidance over the organization’s project, program, and portfolio management practices for UKG Pro HCM and WFM. This role is responsible for establishing, evolving, and enforcing standards, methodologies, and policies that ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
In his role as Director, PMO “Centre of Excellence,” at Ardent Health Services, Jason was charged with ensuring quality, consistency and oversight of projects across the enterprise by improving and maintaining project management methodologies, standards and tools. He provided strategic leadership for the overall technology Portfolio for a $4.5B Healthcare System with 30 Hospitals over 6 states and 26,000 employees including: governance management, initiative prioritization, methodology management and project oversight.
Prior to Ardent Health Services, Jason founded XternalForce, a technology consulting firm specializing in the management of large-scale healthcare services. He also oversaw large scale and technological initiatives in roles such as the CTO at LifeBotHealth, Lead Consultant at Community Health Systems (CHS), and CEO at Amputation Prevention Worldwide.
